How will this ticket be handled?

All support requests are received and confirmed by an on-call engineer within minutes, 24/7/365. Requests are tracked by our Request Tracking system. Network and infrastructure failures will receive immediate 24/7/365 attention. All other requests will be handled based on a priority and availability basis as per your support plan. See below for descriptions of plans and definitions used herein.

Support Fees
$125 per hour. 30 minute minimum.

Coordinating large projects or migrations

Coordinating large projects, such as server migrations or complex setups, should be discussed in conjunction with your Implementation Manager. Implementation Managers are only provided to managed hosting customers.
